Return/Shipping Policies

 Return/Exchange Terms:

We currently offer a return for store credit option where you may return your item and we will give you store credit for the cost of your purchase. This credit is good for 1 year from  date of purchase.

This Return/Exchange is offered within 7 days of You receiving the item. You MUST email admin@braless.rocks  as soon as possible to receive this store credit.

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same new condition that you received it.

Please e-mail us for return instructions admin@braless.rocks before sending back your item.


If you purchased an item as a set, we must get the full set back.


You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend having tracking in place to ensure proof of return. We are unable to refund any lost packages during the return process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and apply the store credit to you.


Store Credits cannot be combined with any other offers or specials currently available.


Shipping Terms:

 

Please Allow 10-18 Days for Production and Shipment of Your BRALESS. Order from our facilities to your location. We will update you via email once it ships with tracking. We reserve the right to ship your items from different production facilities around the Globe to You in separate shipments.


We make every effort to ensure your package(s) are shipped in a accurate manner, therefore it's advised that you provide us with a permanent shipping address where you normally receive packages. We are not responsible for shipping to inaccurate shipping addresses.


We are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS to Countries who impose such tariffs. You the customer are responsible to such charges. If we receive an item back from such a case to our company, we will make every effort to work with you on an exchange or reshipment of said items.
